To provide a posture adjusting device of a floating type water flow power generation apparatus capable of changing a posture of a floating body.SOLUTION: A posture adjusting device 30 of a floating type water flow power generation apparatus 1 comprises: a first connecting part 11 provided at a first position P11 of a floating body 2; a second connecting part provided at a second position P12 behind the first position P11 of the floating body 2; a first mooring line 31 connected to the first connecting part 11 in a tensioned state; a second mooring line 32 connected to the second connecting part 12 in a non-tensioned state; and a connection switching device 33 capable of releasing the connection state of the first mooring line 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
