To provide a posture correcting undergarment enabling a wearer to make a correct posture through even unconsciously tightening the anus only through wearing under clothes, and to walk correctly and get a beautiful proportion only through wearing and walking.

This posture correcting long girdle 1 is so designed that a wing member 5 made of a power net fabric with stretchability is sewn on the back of the hip of a long girdle body 2 through a yoke member 6 made of a power net fabric with stretchability so that a position HCP of the anus of a wearer is placed near a branch point 5c between a pair of branch parts 5a and 5b when being worn. As a result of this, by wearing the posture correcting long girdle 1, it is possible to apply pulling force by stretchability to the wing member 5, effectively tighten the anus of a wearer, slightly raise the anus and strengthen pelvis stabilizing force, and sit, stand and walk in a correct posture.
