PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture determination device by which to accurately determine a posture of a patient, etc. even in such a state that a quilt is used on a bed, and a notification system by which to notify in such a case where there is a possible risk.SOLUTION: A posture determination device 1 acquires a determination image formed with a depth value by determination image acquisition means 10 to eliminate an influence of a quilt, forms divided images by dividing the determination image into images at each constant distance using the depth value in posture determination means 20, and performs posture determination on an object person S using the divided images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
