On the upper face of the horizontal member 20, a porous and light weight pumice stone 30, a pyroclastic material, and adhesive 50 to connect the pumice stone 30 and the horizontal member 20 and artificial flowers 40 which penetrate heartwood 41 into the horizontal member 20 are installed. The heartwood 41 is a wire rod or a plastic rod. Further, the bottom face of the pumice stone is processed to attain level face on which an adhesive 50 is applied or by applying an adhesive 50 to the horizontal member 20, a number of pumice stones 30 are pasted.
