To provide a pot melting device with improved efficiency for increasing and keeping a temperature in dissolving and melting a molten material.
The pot melting device comprises a furnace body 1, and a burner 2. The furnace body 1 has a melting chamber 11 in which a molten material is put, and a furnace body exhaust port 12. The burner 2 has a flame injection port 21, a burner exhaust port 22, and a heat exchanger 23. The furnace body exhaust port 12 is communicated with a lower part of the melting chamber 11, and the injection port 21 and the burner exhaust port 22 are communicated with an upper part of the melting chamber 11. Exhaust gas is exhausted from the furnace body exhaust port 12 and the burner exhaust port 22, and the exhaust gas exhausted from the burner exhaust port 22 preheats combustion air via the heat exchanger 23.
