The pouch container in which peripheral edges of front and rear members are joined integrally includes: the discharging passage formed in part of the peripheral edges for discharging its contents; and a passage holding member formed semi-cylindrically and fixed to the internal face of the discharging passage. The part including the discharging passage of at least the front or rear member is embossed so as to project toward the outside. The passage holding member is fixed to one of the embossed front and rear members. Widths of the passage holding member and the discharging passage are narrowed toward their tips.
