To provide a pouch container which can be easily discarded after use.
The pouch container includes a container body formed by joining a material of a film shape and a plug 20 attached to the container body. The plug includes a base part 21 to be joined to the container body, a spout part 22 which is formed into a cylindrical shape having an inner cavity and whose first end is connected with the base part, a lid part 23 which has a shape capable of entering the inner cavity and seals the spout part by being connected with a second end of the spout part, a buffer projection 42 which is formed in the lid part and projects to the uppermost side of the lid part, a thin wall part 44 for connecting the spout part and the lid part while maintaining water tightness, and a connection member 46 for connecting the spout part and the lid part separately from the thin wall part, and the plug can be opened by breaking the thin wall part.
