Abstract:

PURPOSE: To impart the structure of a pour-out opening having a high stability to a liquid container consisting of polyethylene resin layer on its outside and polyester resin layer on the outside.

CONSTITUTION: The container consisting of the laminate material 40 having a polyethylene resin layer 46 on its outside and a polyester resin layer 48 on the inside is cut therethrough at a pour-out place of the laminate material 40 to form an opening 42. First and second ring-like films 50 and 60 are provided in such a manner as to enclose the cut faces of the laminate material defining the opening 42. The first film 50 is attached to the inner surface of a container and overlaid on the cut faces of the laminate material 40 and one side of this film attached to the inner surface of the container consists of polyester resin layer 58 and the other side thereof consists of polyethylene resin layer 56. The second film 60 consists of polyethylene resin layer on both the sides and attached to the container extending from the outer surface thereof to the first film 50.
