This powder body feeding device 100 which supplies a powder body stored in a storage bag 110 downwardly from its supply opening 140 is provided with the roughly annular first member 120 which places the bag 110 which is open and stores the powder body in the center of the member 120, the second member 150 having the supply opening 140 and able to sandwich roughly the whole periphery of the edge 110A of the bag 110 folded back from the inner periphery of the member from the opposite side of the member 120 and a fixing mechanism 130 for fixing the first member 120 and the second member 150 for each sandwiched bag 110. The opening 140 is positioned at the lowermost position of the member 150 when the member 150 is vertically inverted together with the fixed member 120 and the bag 110.
