Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder charge apparatus which can expand the degree of freedom of the layout of the powder charge apparatus and prevent inclusion of foreign matter reliably.SOLUTION: A lower side hopper body 25 provided with a hopper upper part 27 of a nearly reverse truncated conical shape and a cylindrical hopper lower part 29 extending from the lower end of the hopper upper part is attached to a lifting shaft 35 with an attachment member 33, and an air cylinder 37 is attached to the attachment member 33. An upper side hopper 41 is arranged over the lower side hopper, and the resultant body is attached to the tip of a rod 39 of the air cylinder through an attachment member 45. In the inner side of the upper hopper, a hub 57 and a spoke 59 extending outward from the hub 57 and connected to the inner periphery of the upper hopper are provided. An opening/closing valve stem 51 of an opening/closing valve 49 is inserted into a hole of the hub and fixed. A valve seating part 32 of the lower hopper is opened and closed as a valve body 53 ascends and descends.
