Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating composition excellent in scratching resistance, finishability, coating film hardness, corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and a coating film formation method.SOLUTION: The powder coating composition is provided that contains a binder component, an additive (D) having the following characteristics of 0.1 to 10 pts.mass and a coloring pigment (E) of 0.5 to 200 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of total solid component of the binder component, the binder component containing a fluorine resin (A) of 30 to 55 pts.mass, a polyester resin (B) of 30 to 55 pts.mass and a crosslinking agent (C) of 10 to 30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of total solid component of the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C). The additive (D) includes: esters (d1) of aliphatic acid with 15 to 20 carbon atoms and glycerin; and a vinyl copolymer (d2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
