PURPOSE: To obtain a powder coating having extremely high practicability represented by high critical foaming thickness at the thick-coated part, excellent pulverizability in the preparation of powder coating and various coating film properties such as smoothness and mechanical properties.

CONSTITUTION: This powder coating composition contains (A) a polyester resin having a hydroxyl value of 15-100, an acid value of ≤20 and a softening point of 70-150°C, (B) a blocked polyisocyanate compound and (C) a thermoplastic urea aldehyde resin having a softening point of 50-150°C as essential components.
