Abstract:

To provide a double layer powder coating film which is excellent in coating film peelability and coating film performance.

In a method for forming a double layer coating film, a powder coating (A) for forming a lower layer and a powder coating (B) for forming an upper layer are heated at a temperature while being agitated so that the surface of the particle is melted, while the inside of the particle is not melted to be fixed.
