Abstract:
To obtain a powder coating material composition for coating, which gives a matte appearance, and also to provide the use of the composition.
The composition comprises a crosslinking component (A) and a polyester component (B) having COOH group and/or OH group. Here, the polyester component (B) consists of 10-80 mass% of at least one kind of an amorphous polyester (B1) and 20-90 mass% of at least one (partially) crystalline polyester (B2). Further, the amount of a reactive group of a crosslinking agent used is 0.6-1.2 for one functional group of the polyester.
