The powder coating contains: a microcapsule in which a silicone oil is contained, wherein the silicone oil is made to leak by heating; and particles for coating. The electric charge amount of a surface of the microcapsule is one-tenth to one-half the electric charge amount of the particles for coating. The volume average particle size of the microcapsule is 1.5 to 5 times the volume average particle size of the particles for coating. The content of the microcapsule is 1 to 20 mass%.
