To provide a powder coating without inducing its curing reaction in its production and at the same time, capable of obtaining a coating film excellent in various performances such as curing property, film appearance, close adhesion, impact resistance, etc.
This powder coating consists of a binder resin and a curing agent. The powder coating particles constituting the powder coating are aggregated particles having 10-40 μm volume-average particle diameter and formed by aggregation of fine particles consisting of the binder resin and fine particles consisting of the curing agent, the fine particles consisting of the binder resin do not contain the curing agent and the fine particles consisting of the curing agent do not contain the binder resin.
