Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain powder for cosmetic free from aggregation in formulation, having transparency in a high visible light region and ultraviolet ray blocking effect and capable of suppressing surface activity.
CONSTITUTION: This powder for cosmetic consists of a fine-particle ultraviolet ray blocking agent whose surface is treated with an N-mono-long-chain acyl basic amino acid and having 2-100nm average particle diameter. This cosmetic contains the same powder. The cosmetic has high stability and excellent feeling to users and excellent touch to skin.
