This powder cosmetic contains ≥80wt.% of inorganic powder 1.6-2.0 in refractive index or organic powder coated with the inorganic powder but contains no white pigment >2.0 in refractive index and ≥0.1μm in particle size. The above inorganic powder is e.g. barium sulfate, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, zirconium oxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide or cerium oxide.
