The air-flow member 2 has a vertically extending flow passage rt through which the air supplied from air supply means 3 is allowed to flow and an air blow port V that can blow out the air passed the flow passage rt in a direction transverse with a vertical direction and can directly blow the air to a part of an inclined surface M, and is rotatably supported with respect to the support body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
