Abstract:
To effectively prevent powder from adhering to a surface of a contact member coming into contact with the powder.SOLUTION: A powder device member is adapted to handle powder by coming into contact with the powder. The powder device member includes: a contact member coming into contact with powder; and a DLC film for coating a surface of the contact member.
