PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient kneading by a method wherein a screw of a solid carrying zone is formed by combining elements having two kinds of specified total length L/diameter D ratios by each other so as to have the specified total combined length L/diameter D ratio and a first kneading zone is formed by combining screw parts and kneading discs having the specified angles and length L/diameter D ratios with each other.
SOLUTION: By combining elements A assembled by one another so as to have the total screw length L/diameter D=4.5-23 with elements B assembled by one another so as to have the total screw length L/diameter D=1.5-9 so as to have a total combined length L/diameter D=9-32. In addition, the screw of a first kneading zone is formed by combining screw parts C and kneading discs D. An element A has the angle of a screw flight of 100-120° and the screw lead length L/diameter D=0.9-2.0, an element B has the angle of a screw flight of 10-25 and the screw lead length L/diameter D=0.9-2.0, a screw has twisting angles of 80-100° and -10-10° and notched flight parts and the screw lead length L/diameter D=0.2-2.0 and a kneading disc D has a twisting angle of 15-65° and the kneading disk length L/diameter D=0.4-2.0.
