To provide a powder feeder capable of feeding powder into a liquid carrying passage by conducting the feed control to form an air collecting part without using a closing means, and to provide a bath water cleaning apparatus using the same.
The powder feeder is provided with a valve 61 connected with a branch branched from one end of a liquid carrying pipe L so as to allow the inside of the liquid carrying pipe L to communicate with or close to an external atmospheric air, a valve 62 connected with a branch branched from the other end of the liquid carrying pipe L so as to drain or shut off the liquid within the liquid carrying pipe L to the outside, a rotatable measure 73 at the lower end side of a first cylindrical part 70a containing powder and a powder feeding part 69 having an opening part 72a for opening and closing the measure 73 at the lower end side of this measure 73. The powder feeding part 69 feeds a predetermined amount of the powder to the inside of the liquid carrying pipe L from the first opening part 72a via the air collecting part 76 by rotating the measure 73 when the valve 61 is allowed to communicate with atmospheric air and the valve 62 is opened or draining outside.
