Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a flow control with high accuracy independently in every powder conveying pipe when one blowing tank includes powder conveying pipes of a plurality of systems.SOLUTION: A powder supply device includes: a variable valve 4 capable of adjusting a quantity of passing powder through aperture adjustment of the valve in each of a plurality of powder conveying pipes 3; a powder flow meter 5 measuring a flow quantity of conveyed powder; and a control part 7 controlling a blowing velocity of powder of every powder conveying pipe 3 by adjusting an aperture of each variable valve 4. The control part 7 controls an aperture of each variable valve 4 so that a deviation between a current value of the blowing velocity acquired on the basis of the powder flow quantity detected with the powder flow meter 5, and a previously set blowing velocity target value falls within a prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
