Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder feeding device for laser clad capable of improving the quality of a product by stably feeding the powder for laser clad.
SOLUTION: This powder feeding device 10 for laser clad provided with a powder hopper 30 to store the powder 20 for laser clad, a powder feed nozzle 50 to feed the powder 20 to the feeding position, and a powder feed pipe 40 to communicate the powder hopper 30 with the powder feed nozzle 50, and with an ultrasonic motor 120 interposed in the middle of the powder feed pipe 40, is provided with a feed amount regulating device to appropriately keep the feed amount of the powder 20 to the powder hopper 30 (a load cell 140 to measure the powder 20 in the powder hopper 30, a gas carriage and feed device 80 to supplement the powder 20 to the powder hopper 30, and a controller 100).
