Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder feeding device for laser clad capable of improving the quality of a product by preventing the powder for laser clad from being stuffed on the way of a powder feed passage.
SOLUTION: This powder feeding device 10 for laser clad provided with a powder hopper 30 to store the powder 20 for laser clad, a powder supplementing device (a gas carriage and feed device 70) to supplement the powder 20 to the powder hopper 30, a powder feed nozzle 40 to feed the powder 20 to the welding position, and powder feed passage (a powder supplement pipe 40, etc.), to communicate the powder supplement device with the powder feed nozu 40, and provided with a powder feed device switching device 60 to switch the feed passage of the powder 20 on the way of the powder feed passage, is provided with an adhered powder removing means (an air blow passage switching device 90, an air compressor 100, an air cylinder 110, etc.), to remove the powder 20 adhered in the powder feed passage.
