Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate method of controlling a powder feeding system without depending on the precision of load cell measuring.
SOLUTION: In the method of controlling the powder feeding system, the weight of an unburnt material is measured by a load cell mounted on a recycling device of the unburnt material in the gasification complex generator unit, and the quantity Mo of the unburnt material to be fed to a gasification furnace is determined so that the total quantity of the unburned material held on a circulation channel of the unburnt material is constant. The quantity Mc of the unburnt material to be fed, which is the weighted quantity Mo of the unburned material to be fed, is determined by using the differential between the measured composition data quantity of a generated gas discharged from the gasification furnace and the estimated composition data quantity of the generated gas estimated board on the result of the measurement of the quantity of a fuel and an oxidant put into the gasification furnace.
