In this powder filled bag taking-out device, a lifting device 10 is provided with a base 11 and a lifting platform 12 disposed liftably on the base 11. A travel wheel 13 is disposed on the lower surface of the base 11. A drum locking device 20 is provided with a mounting plate 22 in the longitudinal direction of a frame 21. A first drum carrying member 30 and a second drum carrying member 40 are mounted to the mounting plate 22 from the front side. The first drum carrying member 30 is formed in a substantially octagonal shape where one side of the lower part is opened, and its inner space has a diameter slightly larger than the diameter (d) of the drum 1. The inside of both tip sections of the first drum carrying member 30 are provided with sawtooth-like sections 31 for certainly preventing slip of the drum 1. The second drum carrying member 40 is formed in substantially the same shape as that of the first drum carrying member 30 except for the sawtooth-like sections 31. A stopper plate 50 is disposed on the depth side of the second drum carrying member 40.
