Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the powder firing device which can make homogeneous firing by erecting furnace core tube and agitating the media packed in this furnace core tube.
CONSTITUTION: The furnace core tube 12 is erected in the equipment 10A and a filter 15 for passage of powder is provided in this furnace core tube 12. The many media 16 having the grain sizes larger than the grain sizes of the powder are disposed above this filter and an agitating means 17A for agitating these media 16 is provided. The powder 4 is piled up on the media 16 when the powder 4 is charged into the furnace core tube 12 from above. A specified amt. of the powder 4 passes through the media 16 and moves downward when the media 16 are agitated by the agitating means 17A. This powder is discharged from the filter 15. The powder 4 is heated and fired during this time. As a result, the retention time of the powder 4 in the furnace core tube 12 is stabilized and the homogenous firing is made possible.
