Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder bed fusion device which can prevent reflection of laser beam by vapor deposition of sublimated or evaporated metal, and can provide enough energy of the laser beam to powder materials.SOLUTION: A powder bed fusion device comprises: a laser beam radiating unit 201 radiating laser beam; a chamber 11 which is provided a transmission window 12 of the laser beam and can decrease pressure; a lamellation unit 202 provided in the chamber 11 and forming lamination of powder materials irradiated the laser beam; and film holding means 15, 16 and 17 holding a film 18 transmitting the laser beam and shifting the film so as to face the transmission window 12 between the transmission window 12 and the lamellation unit 202.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
