Abstract:
To provide powder formed of a graft copolymer having a high softening temperature compared to a conventional vinyl alcohol resin while having high crystallinity and good water solubility.SOLUTION: Powder is formed of a graft copolymer, where the graft copolymer has a main chain formed of polyvinyl alcohol and a side chain formed of a polymer composed of a predetermined repeating unit having an amide group, a content of the repeating unit with respect to the total monomer unit in the graft copolymer is 0.2-20 mol%, the powder has an average particle size of 20-1000 μm, and 2 g or more of the powder can be completely dissolved in 100 g of water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
