PURPOSE: To reduce difference in the powder filling quantity between powder filling parts by providing a feeder with a structure in which a scraper is provided on the lower end of a side wall in the reciprocal direction of a feeder cup.

CONSTITUTION: An upper punch, lower punch 11, die 10, feeder 1, etc., are the basic components of the powder forming device. On the outside of the side wall in the forward and backward moving direction of the feeder cup 3 of the feeder 1 for supplying a powder, a plate like scraper 4 constituted of an elastic material is fixed by a fixing screw 5. The side wall 6 in the advancing direction of the feeder cup 2 is provided with a notched part 7 on the lower end of the side where the scraper 5 is attached; and in a state where the feeder cup 2 is slid on the die 10 and the end face of the die 10 on the side of the advancing direction passes through the position of the scraper 4, it is used as a space for storing the scraper 4 when sprung up by the feeder cup 2 of the scraper 4, and damage to the scraper 4 is prevented. Thus, the difference of a powder filling quantity is reduced, and the variation of a product is reduced.
