To provide a powder and granular material delivering device capable of uniformly loading powder and granular material on the reception side while less powder and granular material flies during the delivery.

A screw feeder 3 with its bottom part opened is arranged below a delivery chute 2 for delivering the powder and granular material, and a powder and granular material detection sensor 4 for detecting the reach of the powder and granular material is provided on a bottom part of the screw feeder 3 on the downstream side. A flapper 5 is provided on an opening end of the bottom part of the screw feeder 3 along the powder and granular material transferring direction by the screw feeder 3 to adjust the opening degree of the flapper 5.
