To provide a mixer of particulates which is movable, is provided with stirring blades in a side face of the body of a rotatable container, makes particulates and stirring blades contact during the rotation of the container, and enables an effective stir and mix of particulates in a short time, and a mixing method.

The mixer of particulates consists of a container which receives particulates, has crushing blades in the internal side face while being arranged longitudinally and capable of being moved and arranged with a passive clutch in a rotary shaft of the crushing blades, and a driving apparatus which is rotatably arranged between supporting tables of both sides, has a rotary member having a driving clutch which can be connected to and removed from the passive clutch while being able to fix the container at the determined height, wherein the driving clutch can change the relative positional relationship to a driving motor and also the passive clutch.
