To provide a powder heating device improved in heat exchanging efficiency and uniformity in heating.
This powder heating device includes a hopper receiving powder, a first heating chamber to which the powder is introduced from the hopper, a second heating chamber having a reflection plate, a hot air supply section connected to the first heating chamber for supplying hot air to the first heating chamber, and a discharge section connected to the first heating chamber and discharging the powder from the first heating chamber. The first and second heating chambers are communicated through an air damper applying resistance to the air current, and the powder is blown up by the hot air from the first heating chamber to the second heating chamber with its speed controlled by the air damper, and reflected by the reflection plate to be stirred and heated.
