Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate static electricity generated on powder and a coated material when another substance is rubbed with or in contact with the surface of a powder coating material and exercise sliding effect of the powder by adhering and/or impermeating an antistatic agent on the outer peripheries of respective powder materials.

CONSTITUTION: An antistatic agent 3 is adhered or impermeated on the outer periphery and/or the inside of a powder material 2. Said powder material is adhered to a material 1 to be coated to prepare a powder coated material. An antistatic film on the outer periphery of said powder material can be a monomolecular film (LB film). Further, an antistatic agent film 4 can be formed on the surface of the material to be coated. As for the powder material, starch powder such as Indian corn or the like, plastic powder, metal salt or oxide powder, mineral powder and the like are used. As the material to be coated, a plastic film or sheet, paper, cloth, fiber and the like are used. As for the antistatic agent, a surface active agent, an electric charge transfer grinding material, a polymer antistatic agent and the like are used.
