Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder magnetic core having excellent soft magnetic characteristic of high relative permittivity and large insulation resistance, and to obtain a production method therefor.SOLUTION: In a powder magnetic core formed by pressure molding a mixed powder containing soft magnetic alloy powder and a plurality of binding materials, at least two types of the plurality of binding materials are incompatible with each other, one of the incompatible binding materials is a thermosetting silicon resin, and the other is a thermosetting phenol resin in two-phase separation from the thermosetting silicon resin. A powder magnetic core having a region, where the component ratio of the plurality of binding materials is different, on the surface of soft magnetic alloy powder particles 3 is thereby obtained.
