Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core, soft magnetic powder, and a method for producing the powder magnetic core with improved iron loss and DC superposition characteristics.SOLUTION: The powder magnetic core comprises Fe-Ni alloy powder and an insulating layer provided around the Fe-Ni alloy powder. The insulating layer includes: a first layer containing silicon (Si) provided on the surface of the Fe-Ni alloy powder; and a second layer containing silicon (Si) provided on the surface of the first layer. It is preferable that inorganic insulating powder is contained in the first layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
