Abstract:
To provide a dust core capable of reducing an eddy current loss of soft magnetic powder, in which the eddy current loss is lower particularly in a high frequency area.SOLUTION: A dust core contains powder of a soft magnetic composition in which a maximum value of circularity of the powder is 0.5 or more and an average value of which is 0.2 or more. In the dust core containing the powder of the soft magnetic composition, the powder contains crushed powder and spherical powder. In the crushed powder, a maximum value of circularity is 0.5 or more, and an average value is 0.2 or more. In the spherical powder, a maximum value of circularity is 0.9 or more, and an average value is 0.5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
