Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device where a uniform green compact is obtained by reducing the variation of powder supply to a mold having a recess.SOLUTION: In a powder molding device which includes a mold having a recess and a feeder cup for supplying powders in the recess of the mold and where the feeder cup stored with the powders slides on the surface of the mold and then the powders are supplied in the recess of the mold, at least the surface roughness of the sliding surface to the mold of the feeder cup is coarser than the surface roughness of the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
