Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device and a powder molding method capable of increasing productivity by improving yields.
SOLUTION: A powder molding device 10 includes a die 24 wherein a plurality of cavities 80 are formed. The plurality of the cavities 80 are arranged so as not to lap in a press-out direction of a molding body 82. A pair of yokes 30 and 32 in a magnetic field generator 28 are arranged so as to put the die 24 between them, and the upper surfaces of the yokes 30 and 32 and the die 24 are formed on roughly the same plane surface. Mold lubricant is coated on the die 24 so as not to be coated on a part on which the molding die 82 slides. Powder 102 inside a feeder box 100 is supplied inside the each cavity 80. The powder 102 inside the cavity 80 is oriented, compressed and molded, and the molding die 82 and the yokes 30 and 32 are demagnetized. The provided molding die 82 in a hollow cylindrical shape is pushed out by a pushing-out member 104 which is provided in the front part of the feeder box 100 from on the die 24, and slides on a wear-resistant layer 94a. A magnet which is provided by sintering the molding die 82 is suitable for a coreless motor 200.
