To solve such a problem that, regarding the conventional powder molding press device, when powder is fed into a die and pressurization is performed by an upper side cylinder and a lower side cylinder, fine powder is scattered.
Regarding this invention, 1 is a fixed stand, 2 is a die, 3 is a lower side cylinder, 4 is a feeder, 5 is powder, and 6 is an upper side cylinder. Since their constitutions are the same as those of the conventional example, descriptions are obviated. In this embodiment, the circumference of the upper side cylinder 6 on the fixed stand 1 and the circumference of the feeder 4 lying at a waiting position are covered with an ultrasonic reflection cover 7, the front of the ultrasonic reflection cover 7 around the upper side cylinder is fixed with the irradiation face of an ultrasonic vibrator 8 so as to be contacted with the ultrasonic reflection cover 7, and oscillation output is applied from an oscillator 9 to the piezoelectric vibrator of the ultrasonic vibrator 8.
