Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of more easily evaluating a physical property of powder.SOLUTION: A powder physical property prediction system comprises: a physical property data prediction model storage unit 105 which stores a physical property data prediction model for predicting physical property data of a prediction target when a shape parameter related to powder being the prediction target is input on the basis of a relation between the shape parameter characterizing the shape of particles constituting the powder and the physical property data of the powder; an image analysis unit 102 which analyzes an image of the powder being a measurement target and calculates the shape parameter characterizing the grain size distribution and shape of the powder being the measurement target; and a powder physical property data prediction unit 106 which predicts the physical property data of the powder being the measurement target by inputting the shape parameter obtained by the image analysis unit 102 to the physical property data prediction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
