To provide powders for a positive electrode to impart a non-aqueous secondary battery in which high discharge capacity maintenance rate can be demonstrated, that is, a higher output can be demonstrated under a high current rate condition.
The powders for the positive electrode contain: positive electrode active material powders having the average diameter of 0.05 μm or more and 1 μm or less; and two kinds or more of graphite powders, wherein average diameters of two kinds or more of graphite powders are mutually different, and the average diameter of respective graphite powders is 0.01 μm or more and 20 μm or less. In the powders for the positive electrode, the positive electrode active material powder is a lithium complex metal oxide containing Ni and Mn. The positive electrode mixture has the positive electrode powder, a binder, and a solvent. The positive electrode is obtained by removing the solvent after a current collector is coated with the positive electrode mixture.
