A powder raw material supply device 1 comprises a body 3, and a raw material discharge device 2 provided on the body 3 for discharging the powder raw material. The raw material discharge device includes rod-like containers 11 for storing the powder raw materials, a discharge port formed at a lower part of the container, and discharge members 12 for discharging the powder raw materials in the container from the discharge port. Each discharge member includes: at a lower part, a closure part 27 provided movably in the axial direction of the container in the container and, by the moving, openably closing the discharge port; and an upper operation part 28 for moving, formed outside the container.
