The powder screw 10 includes a blade 14 spirally provided around a shaft 12, and a conveying surface 16 of the blade 14 is formed so that a tip 14A side is inclined forward in a conveyance direction in a cross section along the axial direction. In the resin molding of the blade 14, a plurality of split-dies 30, 50, 70, 80, 100, 110 to be disposed around the shaft 12 are prepared. When molding portions of the split-dies are moved toward the shaft 12, the split-dies are gathered to form a cavity portion having a shape corresponding to the shaft 12 and blade 14, and a molten resin is filled in the cavity portion. The molding portions 86A, 116A of the split-dies 80, 110 moved forward and backward in a direction non-orthogonal to the axial direction of the shaft 12 form a part of the cavity corresponding to the conveying surface 16 of the blade 14.
