A powder sifting device includes a sifting head 6 disposed to drop powder to a sifting object transported in a transport line. The sifting head includes: a powder storing cylinder 15; a net body unit 16 built in the bottom of the powder storing cylinder; a rotor 17 provided to rotate along a net body 24 of the net body unit; a driving motor connected to the rotor through a rotating shaft 31; and a vibrator 50 fitted to the powder storing cylinder. The powder is picked from the powder storing cylinder while the powder passes through the net body by the rotation of the rotor and the vibration of the vibrator 50 driven by a driving motor, and dropped in the drop form according to the rotating state of the rotor.
