PURPOSE: To provide the powder supplying device which can stably transport a fixed amt. of powder even if the grain sizes of the powder are irregular and in spite of adverse conditions under which the powder moistens.

CONSTITUTION: A rotating tray 6 is installed in a hermetic container 3 and the front end 9a of a carrier gas ejection nozzle 9 introduced through the wall 1b of the hermetic container 3 is disposed to face the inner bottom 5a of the rotating tray 6 in proximity thereto. The aperture 10a at the base end of a pipe 10 for outflow of the powder installed through the wall 2a of the hermetic vessel 3 is disposed on the outside of the rotating tray 6.
