A powder supplying device 1 is constituted of a hollow and thin pipe-shaped powder outflow pipe 2 connected to a powder container 3, a vibration generating means 4 for vibrating the powder container 2 and the powder outflow pipe 2 and composed of a piezoelectric vibrator, and a frequency variable power supply device 5 for vibrating the piezoelectric vibrator, and the small amount of powder is discharged from the powder outflow pipe. The audio frequency range of the vibration frequency is in the range of 10 to 1000 Hertz, and the optional vibration frequency width can be selected to the shape of the powder outflow pipe 2 and the powder characteristics. Moreover, the positions of the loop and the node of the standing wave is changed by periodic and automatic changing of the vibration frequency in the optional range in the frequency.
