Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain tight sealing in a passage with less wear of a valve caused by powder chafing against it and dispensing with high degree of machining and accurate assembly. SOLUTION: This powder valve is composed of a hollow cylindrical body 1 made of a flexible material, a valve body 2 including pressing surfaces 21 for pressing the hollow cylindrical body 1, and a valve steam 4, which moves the valve body 2 in the direction of its pressing surfaces 21 press the hollow cylindrical body 1 and remove load in the radius direction by reciprocating motion and when the pressing surfaces 21 of the valve body 1 press the hollow cylindrical body 1, a powder passage 5 can be blocked by the deformation of the hollow cylindrical body 1.
