PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental cement composition that allows uniform paste to be prepared conveniently by normal operation in the dental field, and also has an excellent filling property.SOLUTION: A powdery dental cement composition comprises following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) Portland cement powder comprising CaO 63-73 mass%, SiO20.5-31.5 mass%, AlO1.5-5.5 mass%, FeO0.2-1.0 mass% and SO0.5-3.0 mass%; (B) contrast medium powder of 10-50 pts.mass relative to the component (A) 90-50 pts.mass; and (C) powdery admixture selected from sulfonic acid admixture, carboxylic acid admixture and cellulose admixture of 0.01-1.0 pts.mass relative to the total content of the components (A) and (B) 100 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
